Before you begin, please have this information readily available:
○ Personal information: driver's license or other form of ID number, SSN, phone number, and email address.
○ Name, relationship, and age of any potential occupant(s).
○ Current and previous residence history (total of 3 years): address, landlord contact information and/or mortgage company name.
○ Type/breed of pet(s): breeds that are deemed aggressive by the county will require aggressive breed insurance.
○ Current and prior employment history (total of 3 years): contact information, length of employment, job position, and annual income.
Qualifications: Your monthly income has to be at least 2.5x the rent amount. We require a security deposit and first months rent prior to move in.
-Application fees are $50.00 per adult.
-2 to 3 years of verifiable rentalhistory (ideally)
-3 years ofemployment history (ideally)
-No out standing balances with anyone in our industry.
-No Evictions with in the past 5 years.
-We do run a full credit and criminal screening
Pet Policy: We have a 3 pet limit
-There is a pet rent charge of $15.00 to $65.00 per month per pet (based on size and quanity)
- K-9 liabilityinsurance is required for all aggressive breeds.
